As a CEO, I must say the staff at the Swan in Wedmore were exceptional, particularly Hazel who exceeded all expectations. the dedication to using local produce in their dishes was truly impressive - showcasing the best of Somerset's offerings. And let's not forget the cozy pub and welcoming atmosphere - a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Mendip Hills. Our room was luxurious, with a traditional roll-top bath and underfloor heating adding a touch of elegance. the attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service throughout our stay truly made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend the Swan to anyone looking for a charming retreat in the heart of Somerset.
